Responsibilities

• Follow GMP to keep production area safe and clean.
• Build desserts according to clear instructions.
• Meet production goals within the required time.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Follow dress code and personal hygiene rules.
• Report waste or any issue on the line.
• Protect food quality and safety throughout the shift.
• Learn safety systems (SQF, HACCP, GMP) to apply on the floor.
