Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead on our Janesville, WI operation. The role focuses on hiring, developing, and managing hourly employees, driving PBM culture, and delivering productivity through team capability.

The position is salaried with 3rd shift work (Mon-Fri 10pm-6am) and potential for weekend coverage, leading a team of roughly 40 on 2nd shift and 160 across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying safety and environmental policies.
• Experience conducting 1-on-1 and group conversations.
• Willing to work 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10pm-6am).
