Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Janesville, WI, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead hourly operations, hiring and developing staff, and driving PBM culture. This salaried role targets the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10pm-6am) with potential weekend coverage.

You will hire and coach the team, align goals with business vision, and push productivity while emphasizing safety and quality. Leadership will include performance reviews and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with safety and environmental policies and processes.
• Experience facilitating 1-on-1 and group conversations.
• Flexible to work the identified shift schedule (3rd shift, M-F 10pm-6am).
