Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Janesville, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift and oversee roughly 40 hourly employees. You will hire, develop and retain a diverse team while driving productivity, safety and PBM-aligned performance.

The role is salaried, with a focus on coaching, performance reviews, and staffing/training plans to sustain long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with safety and environmental policies and processes.
• Experience facilitating 1-on-1 and group conversations.
• Flexible to work the identified shift schedule (3rd shift, M-F 10pm-6am).
