Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or converting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operating team in safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Drive safety excellence by promoting involvement, ownership, and accountability; investigate incidents and mitigate hazards.
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production.
• Minimize waste at machine centers by following best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and on-time production.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for all hourly production employees; evaluate performance and address issues.
