Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support and lead our Janesville, WI operation. This is a salaried role for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am) with potential weekend coverage and responsibility for roughly 40 hourly employees.

The role focuses on hiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing team within a PBM culture. You will drive safety, productivity, and employee development, leading performance reviews and staffing plans while partnering with plant leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams and achieving safety targets.
• Ability to facilitate 1-on-1 and group discussions.
• Experience implementing PBM culture and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift Mon-Fri 10pm-6am (potential for weekends).

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift operations (≈40 hourly employees).
• Hire, develop and retain engaged contributors aligned to company values.
• Coordinate safety risk assessments with operators and auditors.
• Conduct performance reviews and guide career development.
• Lead staffing and training plans for hourly team members.
