Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the East Plant on the 2nd shift in Mount Pleasant, TX. You’ll lead daily poultry production operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate on-floor teams and equipment.

You'll train staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate across departments to drive improvements. A strong safety mindset and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred for this role.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience with leadership of 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry a plus.
• Skills: Clear communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
