Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to ensure all procedures are followed to achieve high productivity while meeting customer specifications. You will supervise a team, schedule manpower and materials, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

The role requires leadership of 20+ employees, strong communication, and the ability to make quick decisions. Full benefits and salary range are provided, with potential annual bonus; weekend work may be required.

Competenze

• 1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Experience leading 20+ employees.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required.
