Pilgrim’s in Spruce Pine, AL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while achieving production targets.

This role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience, a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; third shift availability is required.

Competenze

• 1+ years of supervisory experience overseeing 20+ employees preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to make independent decisions; basic computer knowledge.
