Job summary

Pilgrim’s, a global food company, is seeking a Production Supervisor - MSC to lead daily poultry production operations on the floor. You’ll drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating team duties and equipment, and responding to real-time issues on a 3rd shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of supervisory experience (20+ staff preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience with 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Good communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote open communication and team morale aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify quality, cost, and process improvements.
• Ensure safety standards and a safe work environment for all team members.
• Take on additional duties to support Plant Operations.
