Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in North Carolina. The role focuses on ensuring procedures, safety, and quality while maximizing productivity and cost efficiency. You will supervise a crew, plan manpower, and drive performance with feedback.

Requirements include 1+ years supervisory experience; poultry/food industry a plus; English/Spanish bilingual preferred; and ability to work weekends as needed. Competitive benefits and base salary offered.

Competenze

• 1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees.
• Effective communication both orally and in writing.
• Capable of independent decision making.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required.
