Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes to confirm production specifications are met.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and direct them to the appropriate manager for policy questions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; report issues to management.
• Inspect products/shipments to verify conformance to specifications and approve setups and samples.
• Coordinate training for new employees and contract workers; assist in scheduling and shift management.
