Job summary

Qualifications

• >2–4 years in manufacturing, packaging, or production with lead or coordination experience.
• >Strong knowledge of GMPs and SOPs.
• >Ability to guide and support team while focusing on efficiency, safety and quality.
• >Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• >Flexibility for varying shifts, weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Supervisor in daily production and operational activities.
• Guide and assist team members by resolving workflow issues and ensuring priorities are met to achieve production and shipping goals.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure activities align with procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate production status and issues to Shift Supervisor and other departments.
• Verify materials, equipment, and documentation are prepared for production runs.
• Support employee training on work practices, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Identify and report safety or equipment concerns promptly to leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Serve as a resource for team members when leadership is not present to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties to support department and organizational objectives.
