Job summary

3D Systems in Littleton, CO seeks a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Lead to guide machine operators and post processors, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and coordinate daily production priorities.

This role partners with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to meet schedules and customer commitments while developing team members and championing Lean and 6S on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on the shop floor.
• Coach and develop team members through training and cross-training.
• Collaborate across departments to meet schedules and customer commitments.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations onsite at Littleton campus, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Lead alongside post processors and ensure safety and proper documentation per WI standards.
• Drive team excellence and culture through clear goals and ongoing feedback to leadership.
• Champion quality and safety standards with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Demonstrate technical mastery by operating and guiding various machines and tools.
• Coordinate cross-department priorities to balance production demands and team development.
• Lead training initiatives and conduct in-person process-change training.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
