Job summary

Apex International, Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Group Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee daily production operations, coach a frontline team, and ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards are met. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of production leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing experience required; regulated environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and production processes preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced production environment; safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet goals and quality standards.
• Conduct start-of-shift meetings to set goals and priorities.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action.
• Support and develop employees on the production floor.
• Coordinate line, tank, and work cell changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve issues.
