Job summary

Stratasys is seeking a Lead Production team member to coordinate daily work, ensure safety and quality, and lead a manufacturing unit on the 1st shift. You will drive production schedules, mentor staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues while maintaining equipment and processes.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing participation, onboarding new employees, and supporting continuous improvement within a dynamic 3D printing production environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ERP system knowledge required.
• Ability to use computers to communicate with supervisors and manage HR-related systems.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and safety standards.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to production processes.
• Lead the production team and manage onboarding of new hires.
• Escalate production issues cross-functionally following established processes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
