3D Systems Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Lead at our Littleton, Colorado campus. You will provide hands-on leadership to Machine Operators and Post Processors, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, and customer commitments are met in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Supervisors, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, guiding daily workflow, prioritizing production, and resolving challenges to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Leadership qualities or experience in a machine operator or manufacturing role.
• Machine shop or manufacturing operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example alongside Post Processors and oversee team operations.
• Drive team excellence and culture with daily/weekly goals and strong communication.
• Champion quality and safety standards with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Demonstrate technical mastery operating various machinery and tools.
• Manage multi-department priorities and balance production demands with team development.
• Lead training and development initiatives, onboarding, and process changes.
• Drive innovation and improvements to increase efficiency and meet customer expectations.
