Experience leading production teams in aerospace or electromechanical manufacturing.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 6S, Kaizen and process improvement.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage production teams to meet schedules and customer requirements.
Coordinate activities across shifts and departments for continuity and efficiency.
Enforce AS9100/ISO 9001 quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with Planning/Scheduling to optimize material flow and on-time delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve margins.
Monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support audits and lead training for safety and procedures.
Participate in hiring and developing operators and supervisors.
