Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and cross-train crews on machines.
• Ensure necessary tools and materials are available.
• Oversee crews and ensure reliability and punctuality.
• Maintain team morale and encourage teamwork.
• Coordinate with supervisor on repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
• Operate or assist with operating machines.
• Assist Shipping Department when needed.
• Carries out Production Lead responsibilities per policies.
