Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and assign the activities of production workers, ensuring targets are met, quality standards maintained, and P&L results driven. The role supervises production operations in the assigned area or shifts.

Mid Shift: 11:30AM - 8:00PM, Monday-Friday. Perks include weekly pay, incentive bonus, health and vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability coverage, EAP, and FSA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Capability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with clear communication.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production machinery, assembling items, quality control, or packaging goods.
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting for customer satisfaction.
• Lead shift transitions with clear, concise information for the next shift.
• Provide first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Monitor performance metrics to sustain production quality.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs.
• Address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in P&L forecasting and labor planning and scheduling.
• Prepare daily performance feedback and reports as required.
• Ensure inventory levels meet demand and staffing needs.
