Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to meet physical demands and work on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety.
• Train partners on safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure daily production flow and bottom‑line results.
