Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
• 3-6 years experience in manufacturing, feed production, or industrial setting beneficial.
• Experience with fermentation, mixing, or bulk material handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production line parameters and maintains control of the process.
• Oversees packaging, mixing, and bulk loading per SOP.
• Receives raw materials and maintains accurate production records.
• Follows GMP, HACCP, LOTO safety training and site safety rules.
