Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing.
• Experience in packaging nondurable goods preferred.
• Knowledge of government subsistence contracting regulations is a plus.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production area to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and production sequences for productivity.
• Monitor production activity, identify problems, troubleshoot causes, and resolve.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency or safety.
• Deliver or coordinate staff training and onboarding.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and enforce regulations.
• Maintain production records and report readings and downtime daily.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure food safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
