Qualifications

• 8–10 years in sanitation, food manufacturing, quality, or operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing supervisors and large teams.
• Experience in USDA and/or FDA regulated environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and implement sanitation programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all sanitation operations to meet USDA/FDA/GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Develop and maintain sanitation programs that support safety and quality.
• Set departmental goals, KPIs, and drive accountability for results.
• Coach and develop supervisors and staff, focusing on engagement and succession.
• Plan staffing, labor, budgets, and training for sanitation needs.
• Lead audits, prepare documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
