Job summary

You will work closely with operators and engineers, perform test runs, collect data and prepare charts for review.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, audits, data-driven problem solving, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with process changes and engineering support.
• Strong computer skills to use manufacturing software, data systems, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications to document, analyze, and report process performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new manufacturing systems and technologies.
• Ability to accurately enter, track, and maintain production and test data while preparing charts, graphs, and reports for engineering review.
• HS diploma required or Associate’s Degree in related field.
