Job summary

Flex is seeking a Tooling Manufacturing Technician in Libertyville, IL on a rotating shift from 6:30am to 6:30pm. You will work with engineers on setup, calibration, and experiments to help produce parts and assemblies.

This role requires 2–4 years of related experience, advanced technical skills, and the ability to interpret various instructions. You will collect and evaluate operating data, perform rework and quality testing, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions from multiple sources.
• Advanced technical skills and potential to train or mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibration work with engineers.
• Conduct experiments with engineers.
• Perform rework and quality testing for parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Use programs to collect and evaluate operating data and make on-line adjustments.
