Responsibilities

• Perform set-up related duties.
• Train high level skills.
• Troubleshoot production problems relating to equipment, tooling, and processes.
• Support company philosophies, systems, and policies through actions.
• Set up equipment to standard work.
• Facilitate shift start up and departmental meetings.
• Train and educate operators; assist with development plans and competency progress.
• Be the SME in completing the technical portion of setting up a machine.
• Perform, train and assist in preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Accurately complete records in maintenance management system.
• Knowledge about the products, processes and equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
• Identify and rectify minor mechanical equipment malfunctions.
• Use change management system.
