Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, a part of Oshkosh Corporation, is seeking a Press Brake Operator (Machine Operator I) to join our Wisconsin team. You will read blueprints, set up machines, and operate sheet metal equipment to produce precision parts in a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools.
• Preferred: experience in metal fabrication.
• 1+ years of metal fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal fabrication machines (press brakes, lasers, water jets, turrets, rollers).
• Read blueprints and set up machines for cutting and forming operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Lift parts up to 50 pounds; use overhead hoist as needed.
• Follow instructions and assist co-workers with heavy lifting.
