K&S Manufacturing Ixonia, Wisconsin is seeking a Press Brake Operator for 2nd shift. You will read drawings, program and operate press brakes, and inspect parts with gauges to ensure conformance. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a 100% air-conditioned facility.

Requirements include at least 1 year of press brake experience, blueprint literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site position with a second-shift differential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year press brake experience.
• Able to read blueprints and implement shop math.
• Proficient with height stands and gauging tools.
• Capable of machine setups and basic programming tweaks.
• Committed to safety, quality, and meeting production targets.

Responsabilidades

• Read customer and internal drawings to guide setup.
• Program, set up, and operate Bystronic or Accurpress brakes.
• Inspect parts against blueprints using gauges and calipers.
• Run production efficiently and assist engineering on prototypes.
• Maintain tolerances and specifications per drawings.
• Complete shop paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform daily 6S housekeeping duties.
