US Tech Force is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Appleton, WI. The ideal candidate will read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, select materials, monitor process and adjust settings to maintain quality.

Qualifications include 2+ years of press brake experience, sheet metal background, and strong math and mechanical skills. The role offers two shifts, competitive hourly wages, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of previous press brake operator experience
• Experience with sheet metal
• Detail-oriented with ability to inspect material for quality
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong problem-solving and math skills

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and blueprints
• Review programs and select correct raw material
• Monitor performance and make proper adjustments
• Operate forklifts and cranes
• Familiar with press brake setup & operations
