RRD is hiring a Creative Project Manager/Workflow Coordinator for the Columbus, OH area. The role supports a graphic design/creative team delivering presentations for banking clients and coordinates multiple projects through the lifecycle from kickoff to final disposition.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in a similar client-facing role, with strong project-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a field related to the business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar client-facing position.
• Background in design and/or banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative teams.
• Manage projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information and job tracking.
• Establish and promote excellent customer service through effective and proactive communications to inform clients and stakeholders on project status.
• Enter and track data-related work components and updates to the client project tracking system.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects, setting priorities to meet client expectations.
