Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II to perform assembly and inspection following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements. This second-shift role runs 4:00pm–2:30am, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will use both manual and automated equipment, read blueprints, and participate in continuous improvement through on-the-job training and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read in English and follow detailed instructions; reading blueprints preferred.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including FDA regulations and QMS.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Understands tasks and works under moderate supervision.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automated machine operation.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance; escalates non-conformances.
• Completes required documentation; may package product for shipping.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and expands skills through training.
