Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Superintendent for the Evisceration 2nd shift to ensure procedures maximize productivity while meeting customer specifications. The role requires leadership of a team, planning, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in poultry/food production, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate resources across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in poultry/food industry is a plus.
• Ability to lead 20+ employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Independent decision-making ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must work assigned hours/days, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
