Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations on the poultry production floor, ensuring safety, quality, yield and cost objectives while maintaining high standards across the plant.

You’ll coach supervisors, coordinate across Maintenance, Sanitation, QA, Shipping and Receiving, and respond quickly to issues to keep the plant productive and compliant with USDA/OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the poultry/food industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations to achieve safety, quality, yield, efficiency, and cost objectives.
• Monitor department performance and implement improvements to drive productivity and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, food safety, quality, and company standards.
