Job summary

Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation in Timberville, VA is seeking a Production Superintendent Thigh Debone for 2nd shift to ensure procedures meet productivity targets while maintaining customer specifications. You will oversee safety, quality, and reporting for your area.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience in poultry production, leadership of 20+ staff, strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to plan, schedule, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food production.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage priorities.
• Basic computer skills and multi-tasking capability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must work assigned hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Trains and provides an environment for employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity.
• Plans and schedules manpower, materials, product, and machines to utilize policies and procedures efficiently.
• Manages employee performance with feedback.
