Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Specialist Plumber to support 2nd shift operations at client sites. You will manage piping systems, water/steam infrastructure, and preventative maintenance while coordinating with site teams and clients to ensure reliable facility operations.

The role requires a trades background, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on safety and efficiency in large facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trades schooling or vocational training in plumbing/pipefitting.
• 3+ years hands-on plumbing/pipework experience in large facilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot building water/steam systems and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of piping and plumbing systems for steam and water infrastructure.
• Maintain heating and cooling valves, boilers, pumps, piping, and filtration equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate with client representatives on repair timelines.
• Prioritize preventative maintenance and manage work orders across schedules.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations.
