Raytheon is seeking a Second Shift Photolithography Process Support Engineer in the RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services (RFMicro) Department in Andover, MA. The role focuses on photolithography processes for semiconductor products and requires strong communication with manufacturing and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a STEM degree, 5+ years of related photolithography experience, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years’ photolithography experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in photolithography related processes for semiconductor products.
• Engineering support and training for manufacturing personnel.
• Review lots and wafers requiring special disposition.
• Failure analysis of tools and processes; qualification support.
• Increase production efficiency and reduce rework/scrap.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources on the floor.
