Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer assigned to 1st shift (6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, plus every other Friday) on a 9/80 schedule. The role focuses on uptime and maintenance of fab processing equipment in a cleanroom environment.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support the ERT, with responsibilities spanning pumps, gas systems, power supplies, and related subsystems; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing equipment issues using experience, system knowledge, and technical manuals.
• Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
• Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
