Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in semiconductor processing techniques such as photolithography, dielectric deposition, metals evaporation, etch processes and/or microscope inspections.

Responsibilities

• Frequently work on the foundry floor with cross-functional teams to sustain and develop processes.
• Review inline electrical data trends and process control metrics.
• Investigate scrap and rework with root cause tools; maintain technical documentation.
• Identify process improvements and drive yield enhancement and RCCA activities.
• Support capital qualification and data analysis for SPC controls.
