Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a diligent team member for the 2nd shift on the production line. This role involves packaging smoked meat items, setting up and operating equipment, and ensuring materials are moved to and from the production line.

The team member will follow GMP, SQF, and food safety standards, while keeping accurate records and performing basic math. Physical tasks include moving heavy tanks and pallets, using hand mules or pallet jacks, and complying with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety procedures and GMP/SQF requirements.
• Ability to perform basic math and record product information.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack all smoked meat items on the line.
• Supply line with boxes, product, and pallets.
• Set up and run equipment, film, and labels.
• Clean and cover machines at end of shift.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA standards.
