4over is hiring a Packer for the 2nd shift at our Dayton Plant in Huber Heights, OH. The role focuses on packing finished printed materials to meet customer specifications, while maintaining quality standards and efficient workflow in the cutting department.

You will verify quantities, prepare correct boxes, inspect products for quality, and keep accurate documentation. The position offers a climate-controlled environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished materials to meet customer specifications.
• Identify form/stock quantities and prepare correct packing boxes.
• Inspect products for quality and document packing activities.
• Track inventory and ensure correct labeling for delivery.
• Maintain organized packing area and replenish supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE when required.
