ALTENLOH BRINCK & CO US INC is seeking a Packaging Associate for the 2nd shift in Pioneer, OH. The role involves packing a variety of products by hand, collecting shipping materials, and preparing shipments while supporting general warehouse tasks.

No prior experience is required, and a High School Diploma or GED is accepted. The position offers a 4-day workweek with a $18/hour base pay plus a $1/hour shift premium, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and ruler.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply).
• General computer skills including MES system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Verify everything to start a production order is correct.
• Package production orders to specifications.
• Set up scales and verify accuracy after breaks.
• Prepare first and last piece for approval.
• Coordinate with team to maintain flow of product.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
