Job summary

4over is seeking a Packer for the Miami, FL facility on a 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM) to pack finished materials, maintain quality and accurate documentation, and prepare orders for shipment. The role requires adherence to safety rules and efficient workflow support within the cutting department.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, counting inventory, boxing securely, labeling for delivery, and coordinating with the Cutter Operator to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or one to three months related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills when faced with unexpected challenges, such as machine malfunctions or material shortages.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and work orders to ensure accurate packing.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with main Cutter Operator for provided instructions indicating form/batch cut specifications.
• Identify quantity of form and type of stock to secure correct boxes for packing of product.
• Off-load product from cutter tables and ensure order sticker label is eligible and visible for delivery.
• Conduct initial inspection of products to ensure quality control.
• Track inventory by physically counting product orders by order number to ensure order accuracy.
• Box completed jobs safely and notify supervisor when boxes are ready for inspection.
