Job summary

4over is seeking a Packer on 2nd shift in Miami, FL. The role involves packing finished printed materials, ensuring quality and accurate shipment preparation, and supporting the cutting department with safe, efficient processing.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent), with training or experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Shift is 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred; or 1–3 months related manufacturing experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Cutter Operator to follow form/batch cut specifications.
• Determine stock quantity and box sizes to secure correct packing.
• Unload product from cutter tables and ensure order sticker is visible for delivery.
• Conduct initial quality inspection of products.
• Track inventory by counting orders by order number for accuracy.
• Box completed jobs safely and notify QA when ready for inspection.
• Maintain on-hand materials and organize packing area including boxes, tape, and dividers.
• Prepare shift change setup.
• Report injuries or near misses to management immediately.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Complete records and paperwork as needed.
• Perform housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Attend department/company meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
