Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety guidelines, documentation, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and leadership when issues arise.
• Math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Arpeco and Rewind Table equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Pack finished goods into boxes, ensuring they are securely wrapped and labeled for shipment.
• Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report safety, quality, or productivity concerns to the Team Leader.
• Transport completed packages for loading using approved power industrial equipment.
