Job summary

4over Dayton Plant in Huber Heights, OH is seeking a Packer, Cutting for the 2nd shift. You will pack finished materials to customer specifications, support the cutting department, and ensure accurate documentation for shipment. The role emphasizes safety and quality in a climate-controlled plant.

Schedule is 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, with a typical 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM start and potential training at other times. Pay is $16 per hour, hourly wage, with experience commensurate with tenure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred; or 1–3 months related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished materials according to job specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Cutter Operator to follow form/batch cut instructions.
• Identify stock quantity and select correct packing boxes.
• Inspect products for quality and track inventory by order number.
• Box completed jobs safely and notify supervisor when ready for inspection.
• Maintain organized inventory and set up for shift change.
• Adhere to safety rules and complete required records.
