Job summary

Winland Foods in Buckner, KY is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member / Machine Operator for the 2nd shift salsa production. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensure quality, and work to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred. The position offers full time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Inspect products for labeling and packaging accuracy.
• Follow FIFO and record shipments in SAP.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
