Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member / Machine Operator for 1st shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate, monitor, and maintain packaging lines, ensuring safe, accurate, and high-quality output for our products.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing experience, forklift certification preferred, and a willingness to obtain certification. Salary is $24.02 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company policies.
• Inspect labeling and packaging for accuracy; record results in SAP.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and 5S practices on the line.
