Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.
• Record inventory transactions in SAP and maintain sanitation.
• Support 5S initiatives and teamwork within shift.
