Winland Foods, Inc. in Buckner, KY is seeking an Advanced Processing Team Member for the 3rd shift Salsa. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am, at 1 Quality Place, Buckner, KY 40010.

You will weigh and stage ingredients, monitor equipment, and use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever to maintain smooth production. Compensation is $24.02 per hour plus shift differential, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing or food production experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to batch sheets and formulas.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever to maintain production flow.
• Perform inspections and equipment changeovers; address issues quickly.
